Pakistan Students and Professionals Forum is an annual event organized by the Pakistan Embassy to interact with Pakistan community and facilitate linkages between the Pakistani students enrolled in Chinese universities and Pakistani professionals working in China.
Last year’s Forum was held in April under the theme ‘Building Bridges between Academia and Industry’ and brought together a large number of Pakistani students and professionals representing banking, IT, Science and Technology, development, academics and green energy sectors. The event aimed to provide insights on latest trends in Chinese job market, identify employment opportunities and offer guidance to students on CV preparation, interviews and development of research projects.
The Forum has now been turned into an annual feature with its second edition to be held in April 2025. This year’s Forum seeks a sharpened focus on fostering mentorship programs for Pakistani students in China, with a pool of mentors selected from among the Pakistani professionals across multiple fields.
