It is my pleasure to extend heartfelt congratulations to the China Cultural Heritage Foundation on its 18th anniversary.

For all these years, the Foundation has nurtured cultural roots and promoted Chinese civilizational ethos with vision and grace.

Pakistan’s bond with the Foundation is particularly special.

The late Mr. Geng Biao, who served as China’s Ambassador to Pakistan from 1956 to 1959, laid a foundation of friendship that has only grown stronger.

Today, Madam Geng Ying and Madam Geng Jing continue to spearhead this noble cause through the China Cultural Heritage Foundation, making it a platform that showcases three generations standing firmly with Pakistan.

This strong commitment has manifested in many ways: including a generous donation for Pakistan’s flood relief in 2022, and a strong support to Pakistan Embassy College Beijing in 2017.

These gestures reflect a profound belief in our shared cultural and human bonds that transcend borders.

As the Foundation marks this ‘coming-of-age’ moment, I look forward to its continued leadership in protecting heritage and deepening cooperation between our people.

On this special occasion, I once again wish the China Cultural Heritage Foundation a very happy 18th birthday, and every success in the years to come.
