It is a great pleasure to be a part of the CGTN Cultural Program ahead of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Summit.

Ours is a land painted with the intricate artistry of Multan’s ceramics, animated by the soul-stirring devotion of Sufi Qawwali, and woven together by a hospitality so legendary it defines our very character.

From the emerald valleys of Swat to the rhythmic pulse of our coastal traditions, Pakistan invites the world to witness a living tapestry of culture, resilience, and breathtaking natural splendour.

This narrative is inseparable from our sacred bond with China, an unbreakable fraternity, tested by time and forged in shared purpose. Ours is a relationship that transcends diplomacy; it is a brotherhood etched into the mountains we share and energised by the indomitable spirit of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, the CPEC. 

CPEC is more than steel and concrete; it is a living bridge of shared prosperity, mutual trust, and mutual support for realizing the vision of win-win development. Together, we are architects of connectivity, not just between our nations, but for the entire region, demonstrating the transformative power of unwavering friendship and strategic synergy.
