TENDER NOTICE

The Embassy of Pakistan in Beijing intends to undertake repair and renovation work of two office rooms of the Embassy. Following are the details/requirement of the work.  
 
· Restoration of outer prefabricated walls
· Installation of isolation paper
· Repair and maintenance of electricity system
· Installation of wooden floor
· Cutting and removal of old tree
· Repair of ceiling
 
Interested firms / companies meeting the following conditions may send technical and financial tenders/bids in the two separate sealed envelopes with clear mentioning of “BIDS” addressed to Head of Chancery, Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing latest by 22 June 2022 (Wednesday) till 1000 hrs. The technical and financial bids/tenders will be opened on the same day at 1400 hrs in the office of the Head of Chancery in the presence of the bidders/their authorized representatives/agents.
 
Terms and Conditions:
 
i. The firm will ensure best quality equipment/material
ii. The firm will ensure safety of the overall equipment and appliances. The firms will also be responsible for the safety of office building and personnel.
iii. The Embassy of Pakistan reserve the right to fully or partially accept or reject any or all tenders/bids.
    
Detailed nature of the work, quantity and scope of work is mentioned in the Tender Document, which may be collected from the office of the Head of Chancery from June 7, 2022 from 1000 hrs to June 21, 2022 till 1600 hrs during office hours.
